Delivery & Return

Products can only be returned for free within 14 days of collection or delivery if they are defective. From day 14 - 28 products can be returned accompanied by a $10 transportation fee. From day 28 through 6 months, brand new products will be covered under warranty and are eligible for repair or maintenance only, with no returns or replacements accepted. Renewed products have a 30 day warranty and return window which run concurrently.

Delivery Options Overview

Our product prices include all airfreight charges, ensuring a seamless purchase experience. Customers are welcome to collect their products free of charge from our offices located at Club Chambers, Cnr Nelson Mandela & 3rd, upon arrival.

For those outside Harare, we offer a convenient courier delivery service at rates starting from $5. Additionally, home delivery options are available upon request; please inquire for further details.

Exchange or Return of Goods

The buyer has the right to exchange defective products for free within 14 days after purchase.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for an exchange

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • full accessories or equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Magnet online store

The product will be replaced in up to 7 working days

The product is not eligible for return or warranty if:

  • Any accessories included in the package are missing.
  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse caused by the user.
  • The device has been opened, tampered with, or modified in any way.
  • The serial number, IMEI, or warranty seals have been removed or altered.
  • The product has suffered liquid damage or has been exposed to extreme conditions.
  • Unauthorized repairs or servicing have been attempted on the device.
  • The return period has passed

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Product freight time differs depending on the product. This time is specified in the product description. Delays can also arise from ZIMRA customs clearance and complications during the freight process

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes. Deliveries can be conducted throughout the whole year except on weekends

Do you deliver to my house

Yes, home deliveries are conducted at an extra fee. Inquire for delivery fee to your house.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes. The remaining balance is also required on collection or delivery
