Magnet E-Store uses an automated assistant to reply to messages sent to our Facebook Page and Instagram account, and to some comments on our Instagram posts.

What we hold

If you have messaged us or commented on our posts, we may hold the ID Facebook or Instagram assigns you for conversations with our Page, your username if it was provided, and the messages and comments you sent us along with our replies.

How to request deletion

Email admin@magnet.co.zw with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook name or Instagram username, and whether you contacted us on Facebook, Instagram or both.

What happens next

We will confirm we received your request, delete the messages and information linked to your account within 30 days, and email you once it is done. This does not affect any orders you have placed. Order and payment records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are covered by our Privacy Policy at https://magnet.co.zw/privacy/
